What is LifeLinks VRS?

LifeLinks VRS (video relay service) was founded in 2002, with the goal of providing the most efficient and accessible video relay service available to the Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing community.

Our video relay service employs state-of-the-art software that allows our interpreters to be seen on the screen in real time with amazing clarity.

In addition, our revolutionary technology offers our Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing users teleconferencing capabilities with up to four participants.

LifeLinks VRS operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, over high-speed broadband, which effectively turns a computer screen into a videophone.

LifeLinks VRS is accessible from any location with Internet access, even wireless access, thus offering unsurpassed mobility to the Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing community.
