Getting started – it’s easy

1. Download the software and install it, working your way through the simple step-by-step installer

2. Choose your language

3. Choose the gender of your interpreter

4. Click on ‘Locate Agents’ and choose the one you want, or just ask to be connected to the first available intepreter:

5. And in seconds you will be connected!

Minimum system requirements

• Operating System: XP, Vista, Windows 7
  
• Computer Processor: 3.0 GHz P4 or Athlon, or better
  
• Computer Memory (RAM): 1 GB or more
  
• Video Card: 128 MB or better
  
• Hard Drive Space: 120 MB
  
• Web Browser: Internet Explorer 7 or better
  
• Additional Requirements: allow Active X plugin, Direct X 9c or better

Webcam

All name brand webcams will work with NexTalk On Demand.

Speaker/microphone

Using on-board mic and speaker will suffice. For best results an external USB speakerphone will provide the best echo cancellation.
